Profile
My name is Corey Eagle and I am 18 years old. I’ve recently started work here at Enable Training and Consulting Inc. I enjoy using computers for almost anything they can do. I’ve done some programming and lots of CAD. I’ve moved quite a few times throughout my life but I’ve only ever actually left Canada once. I play multiple sports and games in my off time. I’m more of a comic relief type person as I'm very laid back and I've been told I’m funny, but that’s all depends on who I'm talking too. I’m still in high school for the time being and plan on going to a university or college for Engineering or Programming in the near future.I was born in Brampton Ontario in 1992 and soon after moved into Georgetown where I've lived for almost all of my life. I went to Christ The King high school for grades 9-11 before transferring to White Oaks for their manufacturing SHSM. It’s a long drive, but the experiences and knowledge I've gained was definitely worth the time. Going to White Oaks also helped set me up for this job over the summer and hopefully into the future.
As for a family I have my mom, dad and my little sister 2 years younger than me. My parents grew up in Quebec and some of my relatives still live there. It’s a beautiful place and I try to go up there as often as possible. Surprisingly for both, living in Quebec, neither of my parents speak French, although my mom can understand it quite well. I enjoy any kind of music out there except maybe country, but sometimes I can listen to a song or two. Music really depends on my mood or who I'm with.
My free time is mainly spent doing 3 things: hanging out with friends, sports and of course video games. While changing schools has made it more challenging to see some of my old friends, I still get out to see them as much as I can. As for sports, I play quite a few, I play golf, hockey (of course), and football. Hockey has definitely had the biggest influence on my life though as I've played it since I was very young. I’m not great, but I enjoy the sport in my off time. Gaming is another one of my interests which helped lead me into programming. I've played video games almost as long as I can remember, all the way back to Sega. I hope to one day enter a field involving computers in some way.
That’s basically who I am: computers, friends, sports, not too complicated, but I enjoy it. I can’t wait for college or university and the futures this job holds.
