I’m currently a Double Degree student, for a BMath degree at the University of Waterloo as well as a BBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier. It’s really interesting bouncing back and forth from both sides of the degree to learn the different skills necessary for each. If anything, it’s good practice to remain well-rounded during what is usually a focused university education.

During my first work term I worked for VirtualTeamBuilders, where I did a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, the writing of the monthly newsletter, audio transcription, and many others. I also authored an E-book on optimizing the efficiency of a virtual team, which was a really fun task that took about a month to do in total. Currently I am on my second work term and I’m working at ETC, primarily on e-commerce and marketing, using social media. This is just my sixth day, and I’m really enjoying it here so far.

In my free time I enjoy playing video games like Starcraft and Super Smash Bros. Melee, and watching anime. Right now I’m watching School Days and it’s very good so far, I recommend it (as well as Death Note, which I watched years ago but is still AMAZING and a must-see for everyone). I’m a bit too into anime actually, there are some series (like Death Note) that I’ve seen more than 10 times!
